Personal Experience
Ladonna McClellan joined VR Business Brokers in 1999 as a licensed real estate broker. Prior to affiliation with VR Business Brokers, Ladonna was a co-owner of Brooks Realty, in which, she marketed and sold bank REO’s apartment buildings and single family homes. During this time, Ladonna was a loan originator well versed on loan programs and guidelines for VA, FHA, and conventional loans.
